Attack on Private Property

In Kelo v City of New London, the Supreme Court has ruled in a manner that dismembers private property, It moves America another step closer to socialism -- essentially overriding the Constitution by pure legislation from the bench.

This Supreme Court Ruling allows Cities and other levels of Government to SIEZE PRIVATE PROPERTY and deprive property owners of their property -- under the guise of Eminent Domain -- to hand it over to private corporations and developers. This ruling puts all private property in immediate jeopardy of being seized by governments at any time for any bogus reason -- not for essential public purposes -- but simply to raise revenue and to fatten the pockets of corporations and developers.

This must be stopped -- in the only way that it can be stopped -- by moving your State Legislature and Congress itself to pass a Private Property Protection Act that will restore the natural protections afforded to all Americans to be secure in our homes and property without living in fear of having our property seized and finding ourselves out of house and home. This is not America -- this ruling -- if allowed to stand -- will turn  America into a third--world Socialist country where the STATE owns your property and can take it from you at any time.

Write and call your State Legislators and, especially your Congressmen and  Senators and raise Hell about this ruling and demand that they pass an airtight Private Property Protection Act that will allow Cities and other Government bureaucracies to take private property ONLY when they can show that it is absolutely necessary for the Public Good, as in cases of Roads etc.

Act TODAY -- The Property you save may be your own!
